Ultra 25 is a stain protection warranty sponsored by the 3M Company.  It protects your Titanium level carpet against all stains (no exclusions) for a period of 25 years. 

Carpet Replacement: During years 1-5, 3M will pay 100% of the carpet in the affected area.  In years 6-25, the consumer must pay ½ the original purchase price of the carpet.  Labor for removal, re-installation, furniture, etc. is not included.

Everguard is a 10-Year, No Exclusions Stain Protection Warranty sponsored by the 3M Company.  It is included on all Platinum and Gold level carpets purchased from Arcade Floors Carpet One.  It may be purchased at an additional cost for Silver and Bronze level carpets.

Carpet Replacement: If the stain cannot be removed, the affected area of the carpet will be replaced one time, according to the terms of the warranty. In years one through five, the customer is only responsible for the costs of labor, pad (if necessary) and carpet disposal. In years six through ten, the customer is also responsible for a fee equal to half of the carpet’s original purchase price. After replacement, disposal of the original carpet is required.

All carpet manufacturers recommend that carpets be professionally cleaned every 18 to 24 months using the steam (hot water extraction) method. In addition to removing damaging soil from your carpet, steam rejuvenates the fiber and tightens the twist of the yarn.  Professional cleaning every 18 to 24 months is required by both the Ultra 25 and Everguard Warranties.  "Proof of professional cleaning is required.”
